		<description>Perhaps it is unfortunate that the practice of duplicating, publishing, and distributing copyrighted material is known as file &quot;sharing&quot;. 

From childhood, we are taught that &quot;sharing&quot; is a virtue. 

Is &quot;inadvertent file sharing&quot; an accurate description of the problem? If a burglar crept into my home through a door left open by my child, and stole my banking details, it would add insult to injury to be told that I&#039;d unintentionally &quot;shared&quot; my stuff.</description>
