Creator Christopher Hornisch recently wrote the Obama Administration saying that he is “saddened by the government’s slow response to aggressively protect the individual and his right to govern his work from being abused by others”. He mentions that although copyright law has affected him as a creator, he still creates and seeks excellence in his work. However, he notes that “copyright abuse has diminished my willingness to risk capital in order to expand the visibility, and in some cases, improve the quality of my work.”

Here is his submission to the White House Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator.
